ABOUT ME

Hey loves. My name is Caitlyn, the creator of the CAITLYNBROOKEFIT Meal and Workout guides! I created these to be able to help anyone, no matter where you're located, jumpstart your fitness journey. I know it is not easy! I taught myself everything I know, and I am here to help you get started exactly how I did. I was an athlete up until college, and ever since then I have just stayed in the gym training. I have been weight training for about 4 years, and I am always learning new things about my body and pushing myself and growing in ways I never knew possible! When you work hard, there are no limits! Living a healthy lifestyle is very important to me, and I am so blessed that you can trust me to help you live the same. My guides are to make this process easier for you at an affordable price. Your diet is key to seeing the results you want. It is 80% diet, 20% gym so follow my guides, stay consistent and determined and I guarantee you will be heading to the best shape of your life!
